Questions we get asked most
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Ever. Service is month to month for as long as you want it. There's
no cancellation fee and nobody will call to talk you out of leaving.
Are chemicals really included?
Yes. The weekly rate covers the chemicals needed to keep your pool balanced.
You won't see an after-the-fact line item for chlorine or shock.
How do I know you actually came?
You get a photo report with your chemical readings after every visit. It
goes out automatically — you don't have to ask for it.
What if you're late?
If we miss your scheduled visit and don't call ahead, that visit is half
price. It's our rule, applied whether or not you notice.
Do you fix leaks, or just find them?
Both, in-house. No subcontractor hand-off where nobody takes responsibility
for the final result. The repair carries the same one-year warranty.
How fast is emergency service?
Same-day appointments are often available, and we treat equipment failures
as urgent. Call and ask what the schedule looks like today.
