A pool should be the easiest thing you own.
For twenty-one years we've been quietly proving that a pool left entirely alone — no testing, no brushing, no wondering — is not a luxury. It is the default, provided somebody competent is actually showing up every week.
Most people who call us for the first time are not shopping for a pool company. They are escaping one. They have a pool they don't entirely trust, a technician they've never actually met, and a vague suspicion that the water has been fine by luck rather than by method. We hear the same three sentences on nearly every first call, and they are worth repeating, because they explain everything about how we work.
“They show up when they feel like it.” “I never know what they actually did.” “The bill changes every month and nobody will tell me why.”
So we built the company around removing exactly those three anxieties — and then wrote the remedies down, in public, so they could be held against us.
“Best pool service we've ever had. They show up on time, every time. The photo reports are a game changer.”
— Jennifer M., Arlington02 What actually happens at your pool
Every weekly visit is the same list, performed in the same order, by a technician certified through the Certified Pool Operator program. Surface skimmed. Floor vacuumed. Walls and waterline brushed. Baskets emptied. Filter checked. Chemistry tested, then balanced — not guessed at. And then, before the technician leaves the driveway, a photograph.
You receive that photograph, with the chemical readings attached, whether you asked for it or not. Not as a novelty. As evidence. If we were late, you will know. If we missed something, you will know that too — and that is the entire point of sending it.

03 What it costs, and why we publish it
Weekly service begins at $220 a month, chemicals included. Repair visits are $149, credited against whatever work you approve. Green pool recovery starts at $299. Leak detection and repair begins at $400. One-time cleaning starts at $150.
We publish these numbers because the alternative — “call for pricing” — is a technique, not a courtesy. It exists to make comparison impossible. You are welcome to take our figure and shop it. In fact, if you send us a competitor's written quote, we will tell you honestly whether it is fair, even when the answer is that it is.
04 The three promises we put in writing
One year on every repair. Parts and labor. If it fails inside twelve months, we return and correct it at no charge. Half off any visit we miss. If we are late to your pool and do not call ahead, that visit costs you fifty percent — a rule we apply to ourselves without being asked. And no contracts, ever. Month to month, indefinitely. No cancellation fee, no retention department, no exit interview.
Most companies consider these terms reckless. We consider them the only reason a customer should believe anything else we say.
05 Where we work
Weekly service is provided in Arlington, Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Kennedale, Pantego, and Dalworthington Gardens. Repair, leak detection, and one-time services extend across the wider metroplex — Fort Worth, Euless, Bedford, Keller, Grapevine, Colleyville, and Southlake among them. Twenty-one years. Thirteen cities. One standard.
